Lawless America: Expose One: William McGaughey: Whortie Speaks

Hmmm now where will I ever begin with this one. Okay let's start with the Lawless America filming.

First, let's meet our subject. His name is William Mcgaughey and he hails from minneapolis, Minnesota (BW just loves those Minnesoteans). He informs us that he was twice arrested for domestic assault. Not once but twice. Now after doing the search for this and finding nothing available online that speaks of these arrests in any "court database" one must wonder why in the hell WM would speak of these arrests is such a public forum like YouTube.

Looking at his various websites, we see that he is associated with the "New Independence Party". He is also associated with Men's Rights Associates. He has run for office of mayor, a Senate seat, and President of the USA.

BM has had numerous run-ins with the city, domestic abuse, divorce, evictions he has filed against tenants, and so much more. We will touch on the domestic abuse and divorce cases and leave the political brouhaha for those blogs better suited for that purpose. We are only here to expose domestic abuse/divorce cases among well known mens/fathers right advocates.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT ARREST ONE



William McGaughey states he was sitting minding his own business when his "Chinese" wife tried to snatch his personal checkbook. Well WM, if you are married in Minnesota and divorce this is how property is divided:

MARITAL PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION:

Minnesota is an equitable distribution state. Marital property shall be divided without regard to marital fault, and will base the property distribution on the following factors:

Length of the marriage, Age, health, and occupation of each party, Income, income potential, vocational skills or each party, The contribution of each spouse to the marital property, including the contributions as a homemaker [Based on Minnesota Statutes; Chapter 518.58]

You do notice how he just "has" to call out that his wife is from China and is Chinese. That has what to do with you assaulting her? Are you another of those who try to claim that the foreign wife you hand picked is using you to gain citizenship? You choose not to discuss the divorce in your testimony to BW, so one must wonder about that.

You state your wife grabbed for your checkbook and you simply "asked for it back". Whortie here would have loved to have been a fly on the wall for that conversation. I can see in my mind's eye how THAT ONE took place.

WM: Now honey you know that is my checkbook. Will you please give it back to me.
WM Wife: NO! I AM GOING TO SEE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE, WHERE YOU SPEND ALL OF THIS MONEY AND ANYTHING ELSE I WANT TO SEE.
WM: Now sweetie pie, I need that checkbook, please give it back to me.
WM Wife: NOOOOOOOOOO! (proceeds to bite WM)
WM: ouch! You just bit me. I will have to call police now.

Now how does Whortie think this went down?



WM: What are you doing?
WM Wife: I am just looking at the checkbook. You are busy on the computer trying to figure out which office you will run for next and doing your multiple website updates. We need some groceries and I was going to get a check.
WM: Bitch that is MY MONEY. You are Chinese you do not get to see MY MONEY.
WM: Give me the checkbook you bitch (smacks her in mouth and gets cut by teeth)
WM Wife: Oh no! You hurt me (cries)
WM: I am allowed to, I am your husband and I am white. You are Chinese shut up.
WM Wife: I am calling the police. You can't hit me even if I am Chinese and you are white. This is America.


Now it probably did not quite go down either way (extremes) but you get my point. The reason I focus so heavily on the I am white bitch and you are Chinese is because of the focus of his new independent political party - Identity Independence. This is for exposing on other blogs not here because I simply don't have the time or the mental energy to devote to this. I am out to expose those who assault women and children. If anyone out there would be interested into delving into it further I will send you website links and you can do a write up on it. I must admit the real reason is my attention span is not what it used to be and reading the material WM has placed on the internet is simply too time consuming for this little ol' hogg.


So he dares his wife to call 911, and well she did. Good for her. More victims need to do this.

So when the cops show up he wonders why he gets arrested? And everyone knows when you assault or victimize someone, the courts make you stay away from them. So you wonder why you have a no contact order?

Then you jump to your housing/landlord issues?

And then back to the abuse case issues? (Have trouble staying on topic much William?)



Now lets glance at your side on this (as posted on your website).

The most important thing that stands out is the number of times you mention that your wife allegedly bit your hand. You mentioned this just in Part One of your story - 21 times. You also say that when you went to see the doctor at the jail, you (conveniently) forgot to ask him to look at your hand and the bite mark. You mention it twelve times before you actually visit the doctor at the jail (nurse's station).

QUOTE: "If I had been smart, I might have said that I had recently been bitten. Perhaps a doctor’s report would confirm the injury. However, the question did not occur to me until later. "

Now you brought it up to every single officer with whom you had contact up until that point, why would you not remember to bring it up at the nurse's station, where if you were that worried that she had broken the sking, you could have actually received medical treatment for it. Could it be because she did not "bite" you, you hit her in the mouth so hard that her teeth cut you?

These are some points to ponder.
